How to play Night Shift in macOS and why you should do it

How to play Night Shift

To enable the function, do the following:
1. Open System Preferences and go to "Monitor".
2. Switch on the Night Shift tab and change the schedule for the "From Dusk Till Dawn."

Quickly enable two ways: through Siri or using the toggle switch in the "Notification Center", which will appear if you pull the curtain down.
