PicGIF for OS X - the easiest way to do SIFCO of pictures or videos

If the Internet was a prize for the funniest file format, SIFCO precisely could compete for the first place with the video. Most often, when you need to make a GIF from a photo or video, we go to the online designer. But there is an easier way - PicGIF. This app does SIFCO actually in a few clicks.
