How to work effectively with a tabbed Finder in MacOS Mojave

The fact that in the file manager macOS have tabs, know, probably, all Apple users. Just press Command + T in the Finder window. Or, right-click while holding the Alt key on any folder and select "Open in new tab".

But macOS Mojave appeared a couple of interesting new features that make the Finder tab bit more cooler.
