Millenialy strive for balance between work and leisure. But interpret it differently and spare time to devote to themselves and not the family. They want to have more time for self-expression. More than half of respondents - 51% - said they would change the prestigious and highly paid job to improve the balance between work and leisure.

In Africa, 22% of respondents were concerned that their chances of getting a decent job are slim due to ethnicity. The same indicator in North America - 12%, in South America - 2%, European - 1%.
The biggest fears on different continents:
- North America: "I will be too much work."
- South America: "I can not perform the work load."
- Europe: "I will not be valuable to the organization."
