1. Write competently.
It's so simple, but for some reason, check the elementary error text does not bother almost nobody. Come to 1-2 typos sometimes come across a monstrous construction of commas, put in the wrong place, and grammatical errors in the elementary words. 7. Do not insist on a personal meeting in the first few letters. During these 3-4 hours you can spend 3 full conf call with three different companies, individuals or teams. Why do you write and ask for a personal meeting at a time when no one really knows if it will work something out potential cooperation?
8.
