A simple system for organizing complex modern life

Life - a complicated thing.
We like to work 40+ hours a week, we are proud of it and loved to tell all and sundry how we are doing, because it makes us feel important and irreplaceable. Or otherwise, we just think that the way it should be.
So it was with me. Until I decided to change everything.

I have read many books and blogs on productivity and eventually brought to himself a certain system consisting of four elements.
This simple system, of which it will go on, helped me to improve my performance, with its help, I was able to organize the days, weeks, months, or even just hours. Thanks to her, I have time to do more in less time.
I would like to say that I easily and quickly came to this system, but it is not so: I spent hundreds of hours of experimentation, I experienced many setbacks, mistakes and disappointments.
Today, I am able to do in 17 hours more than in the past 40 hours. Not even so. I for one week is able to achieve more than in the past few months.
I am able to work simultaneously on several projects, customers, companies, and at the same time maintain a balance between work and personal life.
I work, I spend time with my family, I walk, I talk with people I teach others what I know myself and have time whatnot. Everyday. And all this only because I have developed a suitable system to me, which is constantly adhere. This system is quite simple, but never forget that:

One of the main things that I realized: if you take the time to plan out your day and will clear about what you want to achieve (create a certain picture of the days), then everything will go on simpler. You will be working less, and complete more work because you're passionately, you will see a goal.
My system consists of four main elements:
- Dream and set goals. What do you really want from life? What are your dreams, goals, ambitions? If you do not know the answers to these questions, then the rest of the components from this list will not do you any good.

- Manage your time and unpack complex tasks into their component elements. This will help you in the shortest possible time to achieve its main objectives.
Nobody ever will challenge the obvious fact that all people 24 hours a day. Successful people distinguish two qualities:

Organize, divide and conquer
Now that you have saved yourself from a huge number of unnecessary or critical thoughts, it's time to organize the affairs. Look to your own plan. Maybe you are not lazy and made a plan not only for the coming weeks and months, but for years on end.
You should structure all you have to do. Try to plan out all your projects, tasks and other things so that they do not interfere with each friend, take a separate time for each task, do not chase two rabbits at once, but divide and Conquer.
Do not worry if you do not yet have a specific plan to achieve all that you have planned. The main thing is that you have a goal, and the rest will help your subconscious.

3. Create a Mind Map
