Experts from two European universities have spent an entertaining experiment that proved that if you want more to have time at work, it is best to keep the phone away.
Employees of the University of Würzburg and the University of Nottingham Trent was selected for the study of 95 people aged 19 to 56 years old. They were asked several times to pass the test concentration attention. The first passage of the test subjects phones lying before them on the table, the second - in their pockets. The third time, smartphones are locked in a drawer, and finally just taken out of the room.
It was found that the best results for the experiment shown when the phone is in the other room, the lowest - when smartphones were lying before them on the table. The performance difference between the two situations was 26%.
It is worth noting that in this study we are talking exclusively about the work of the table, such as the compilation of a report or writing course. During these cases is really not worth the extra time to check social networks and to inquire about the weather forecast. In all other aspects of a smartphone it brings many benefits, from which it is simply foolish to refuse.
