However, this approach does not mean that all have to work alone and to manage only their own. It is simply impossible. And it is impossible to hire a few people who know the different areas, and dismiss all other employees. It will not bring benefits, because to deal with large projects that require whole teams.
Despite all the shortcomings in the work of the team, we are unlikely to abandon it in the near future. And it's not so bad. Even the most ardent followers of a comprehensive approach does not advocate a complete rejection of teamwork, they only offer to find a middle ground.
