Just repeat the two phrases.
1. "Eventually it will end"
In high school, I played on the football team. To warm up, we had to run 100 meters in 17 seconds and return back to a slower pace of 30 seconds. And so ten times in a row.
I always dread waiting for this moment. Escape was very difficult. I still hurt. It was necessary to give all the best to the full. But I knew that to get into the student sports team, I need to train. So I changed my attitude to this workout. Yes, every moment gives me pain, but all it takes no more than 15 minutes. If you think it's not too long.
Before the start of the warm-up I said to myself: "The next 15 minutes will be dire. But time does not stand still. Before you know how to take place for 16 minutes and it's over. " I tried not to think about how it's hard, and represented the sixteenth minute of freedom.
Remind yourself that in the end everything will be left behind. But that unpleasant affair ended, you need to start it.
2. "I feel a lot better when it's done"
After this warm-up, I was like in seventh heaven. I feel faster, stronger and most importantly, free.
I use this approach in other situations. For example, if going to work to do sports. It is tempting to take a nap for half an hour more. But I know that feel a lot better if force myself to get up and work out.
This method is suitable not only for sports, but also for work. At the end of the day more pleasant feel productiveRather than looking at the things on the list that you have not fulfilled.
Imagine my feelings when you finally cross off the hated thing on the list.
Do not put off unpleasant things. You will feel much better when I will understand them.
