In 1926, Earl strongman Liderman (Earle E Liederman) created a test that determines your chances of saving your life in an emergency. In the test, five exercise. If you can meet them, a chance to escape above the average. And if not - what do you need to be careful.
The test proposed by Lidermanom, was published in his book Endurance, Which was released in 1926. And here is the Liderman, if you are wondering about how it looks.
In the test, five exercise. They do not need to perform on time. The implication is that you simply can do each of these exercises under the given conditions. According to Lidermana, every man should be able to:
- Swim 1 km or more.
- 200 meters to run at maximum speed.
- Jump over obstacles which are at waist level or higher.
- Pull up to the bar body, touching her chin hands 15 to 20 times.
- Squeeze the body or on the bars between the two seats at least 25 times.
Here is a video passing this test site editor The Art of Manliness.
In this test, there is a logic: each exercise checks the level of general training, and to perform all the tasks it has to be above average. For example, I, believing himself prepared a man unable to catch up to 20 times.
Take the test and to be honest, will it succeed?
