When I lost weight, A food diary led to Evernote. I had a separate notebook, which I once a week recorded the date and weight of the evidence. It was nice to see that this figure is melting every time. Perhaps if there had existed Slim, I would replace Evernote on it. I do not need graphics and weight chart, but the app is more memorable by the fact that it entered into the reading much easier.

In addition to weight, you must also specify the date when weighing took place. The default is "now", and in most cases you do not change this value. But if you forget to make readings immediately after weighing and decided to do it the next day, it's not a problem.
In the settings you can activate the lock using Touch ID, but no password. Therefore, if you have an iPhone 5 or below, the application will not be able to protect.
