DISCover: Build successful relationships with colleagues and partners (+ competition)

In 1928, American psychologist William Moulton Marston published the book "The emotions of ordinary people." In it, he put forward the DISC theory. This theory considers the different behavioral patterns. In accordance with the DISC people are divided into several types:
