I usually write about photography, music and applications for communication but today let's talk about the trip to the store. And, to be more precise, on the shopping list.

I must say that until recently, I was alien to this topic. Usually, I, "making inroads" on shops of different directions, do without such lists, because missing in farm "usefulness" I remember so and everything else bought on the basis of their immediate needs, desires or ideas. By and large, I have decided what to buy in the store. I have that option purchases are not confused anymore, because I know very well that such a budget, and do not buy anything extra. And I usually buy at a time is not much, preferring to go to the store every day and take exactly one time. This long-standing habit of pseudo-fresh products.

But it so happened that the last 2 months, I was very limited in movement, on the thought of a long-forgotten method of shopping - ordering via online stores. I marked it interesting:

1. Easy and convenient to create shopping lists that are clearly displayed on the desktop program, showing the name of the first list.

But there is something that has afflicted:

1. The absence of any synchronization. This is very bad. Thus, I can not put the app on two (or more) different devices and coordinate their purchases with someone from relatives or friends. There is not even elementary opportunity to send a list by e-mail. Such things the app itself is for a very lonely person or a misanthrope. Although a closed user probably would be able to synchronize at least to your computer.
2. Absolutely no configuration. Looking into the setting you will find only a small window for input tax. In our Penates thing useless.

That's all. At this point, the application is distributed free of charge, but in the normal period of its price is only $ 0.99.

However, having decided to look for something alternative Shopping To-Do Pro, I tried several free and paid apps, and I liked ShopShop - Shopping List

What does it well:

1. Unlike Shoping To-Do, in ShopShop we have good synchronization possibilities: via dropbox, and send by e-mail list and sms. Plus, the list can be sent to the printer. And it is convenient if some items are already "de-listed" to send messages in front of them will be "standing show".
2. Purchased items are crossed out or flick of a finger touch. After that they can be cleaned from the list shaking iPhone (specified in the settings)

Well, now, some of the disadvantages of the application:

1. There is no possibility of input prices for the position, and, accordingly, no amounts. Therefore, the list is simply a list of the usual, without calculation.
2. Design office, flat, boring. Even though everything is organized clearly, simply and conveniently, but I somehow depressing to use it.

I made the comparison of two applications for the shopping list. In fact, dozens of such applications. On some (such as "Buy a loaf" and "Go shopping") Much has been written and talked about. What kind of something we all (including me) do not know yet. But even judging by these two, we see a variety of functional and appearance, the choice for every taste. In this case, the imperfection in both.
