Uptime for iOS turns YouTube into a social network

The Uptime can watch YouTube-video simultaneously with friends who are in other parts of the world, to share the rollers, leave comments and live-Emoji.
The principle of operation is simple: you sign up for Uptime, using the Google-account, find the video on YouTube and finds out who else is watching the same video at the same time with you. Whether it's your friend or casual user. Uptime app is currently only available in the US and only for iOS (in Russian App Store it's not). Guarantees that Uptime will be a long term project and will develop, no, and no plans to develop the application for Android-devices. But the idea is good. For example, you can arrange Uptime online cinemas, located in different parts of the city, the country, the planet. Or keep track of what video browsing popular bloggers or, say, politics.
It is interesting that similar functions at the YouTube yet, but Uptime - excellent initiative to stir up the video service and make it more interactive.
Uptime is the first project within the Area 120 - an incubator for start-ups developed by Google employees on the "rule of 20% of the time." Is Google's initiative, according to which 20% of the time an employee may be given to developing their own projects. It is from the "20% rule" grown giants such as Gmail and cardboard VR-glasses Google Cardboard.
