Infocus Pro: project management, calendar, to-do lists and notes in one app

InFocus Pro - quite a powerful organizer that, to the same time, you can download free. It combines a calendar, to-do lists, project management system, and notes. Each of the functionality implemented at a good level and allows you to perform all necessary for the organization of affairs things in one application, instead of switching between multiple applications. Moreover, the application InFocus Pro has several small but nice additions, as the pronunciation of the text when you're driving or adding tasks, written by hand.

On the main screen you will see the icons for the five applications, which we wrote above + settings. Each of the internal applications can be considered as independent or work in tandem.

Calendar (Calendar)

Calendar is synchronized with the built-in calendar and resembles the familiar Google-calendar view by day, week and month. Tasks for the day can also be viewed as a list.

To edit the current calendar entry, select it and press enough on the arrow "right".
To add an entry to select the icon "+" in the top menu. Or select the pencil icon in the bottom menu. Pencil is used to add tasks, written by hand. two more icons in the lower left menu loop (to search for the records in the calendar) and the sound icon for drivers who want to listen to the recording in the calendar for the current day.

Lists (To Do)

Add a new task via the icon "+" in the top menu.
Each task can be attached to an existing project, specify the start and end time for the task, its priority, degree of task execution (the percentage is executed), and to allocate the task of the asterisk add up to two reminders.

Tasks can be sent to emeil. When the task is completed, enough tapnut finger on the task checkbox to the left of it.

When you create a project, it is possible to add a priority, folders and sub-folders, lists, and notes.

Each entry can be assigned to a specific project. And add text to each entry, stickers, pictures and sketches (sketches).

Lists (List)

Not very functional thing. Here you see a list of projects and activities linked to them (when you click on the project).
