How to replace the icon of any application on the iPhone without jailbreaking

Restrictions do not allow to influence the appearance of iOS interface, so you can not replace the application icons. However, there is a way to solve this problem.
The iOS is a function of bookmarks allows you to open applications on the special links. Using it, we can create individual labels with the right icons, through which will run the program.
Here's what you need to do.
1. Install the proprietary utility Apple Configurator from the Mac App Store and launch it.
2. Press Command + N to create a new profile.
3. Assign the profile any name, and leave everything else as is.
4. In the sidebar, open the Web Clips item at the bottom and click the Configure button.
5. In the Label field, enter a name icons - better is the same as that of the application.
6. In the URL field, enter the link to the application. This information will have to be found on the Internet. For example, in this list.
7. Select a new icon or drag it to the appropriate area and put down all the checkboxes.
8. To add the icons of other applications, press the "+" and repeat the procedure.
9. Once finished, press Command + S to save.
10. Connect your iPhone to your Mac and accept the connection.
11. Open the menu of the device, click the Add button and select Profiles.
12. Enter the saved profile file, you will agree with installing it on your iPhone, and confirm the action on the device.

Because of the processing Bookmark this will not happen instantaneously, but with a delay of about a second. The original application icons after you add a new shortcut to the folder you can hide, but they, too, will continue to work.
