Usually when it comes to bad habits, just remember about smoking, excessive consumption of alcohol, sweets or overeating. But in fact, all of us in varying degrees, characterized by at least 10 bad habits that we do not notice. And yet, in many respects they are reflected in our self-esteem and the ability to achieve their goals.
I just made a small list. You can add to it or change at their discretion. But it would be extremely useful if you think about in order to delete from this list at least one bad habit to the end of the day.
