How to start a life on autopilot
This usually happens gradually, imperceptibly to us. One day we wake up and realize that our lives are not ours.
Think about it. Is you decide once: "In the morning I will not get up from the bed, check your mail and reply to all posts"? Did you once told me: "I will immediately answer all incoming letters, given to me to comment on each task and each update status on Facebook?".
Unlikely. You just started to do it, and soon it became a habit. And little by little, doing seemingly quite harmless things, you start to live unconsciously, on autopilot.

You woke up and do not rush to pick up the phone. You do not go in the e-mail and social networks. You do not check the message. You stay in bed, one hand on his stomach and another on his chest, closed his eyes and listened to his breathing. Notice how you feel, what your mood. Do not try to change something. Just pay attention to it and imagine how it will affect your day.
Slowly get up out of bed and find a comfortable place where you can just sit. Cover your eyes and once again Focus on breathing. Take it from 3 to 30 minutes. In the end, determine your main goal for the day. Record single most important thing you are going to do.
Then you go to the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Until the drink is brewed, take a moment to chat with the people who matter. For example, write another, "Just remembered about you, good day to you."
While you're sitting with a cup of tea or coffee, do not forget that the next few hours - this time the highest creative enthusiasm that is better spent on the most important and difficult work. But at the same time we need to get rid of the desire to test messages and social networks, in order not to be distracted by it then. Take it no more than five minutes, responding only to urgent messages.
Remember that this is your day, and do not allow others to occupy all your time. Then you can start to work.
A few hours later arrange a short break to warm up (Enough for 10-15 minutes), and then have lunch. After dinner, you feel fine, because you have already done the most important thing in the morning. Now you can do other things, such as meetings and dialogue with customers. Also take the time to respond to the backlog of messages, but no more than 30 minutes, and start again with the most important.
Later in the afternoon Take 40 minutes to practice, and then read or just relax, spend time before dinner with friends and family.
