How to make yourself go to bed early

Go to bed at night is not always easy, even when you want to sleep. But there is one simple way to train yourself to go to bed earlier.
The trick is this: as soon as you start to nod, say to yourself:
I'll go to bed right now and try to sleep for 15 minutes. If after this time, I still will not sleep, I can [insert thing you want to do].
You can promise yourself to see one episode, eat a slice of pizza or something else. If sleep does not succeed, try again.
Before you go sleep, Turn off the lights, undress and don the comfortable pajamas, try to relax - in short, do everything to make your attempt failed. If you do not suffer from insomnia, chances are you'll sleep more before will be 15 minutes.
If it does not work the first night, do not get discouraged and keep trying: over time, the process will turn into a kind of competition with yourself. Your body will cease to think about the promised pizza in case of failure and switch to sleep.
