1. Never too late
Every man there comes a time when he looks back and realizes that dreams remained dreams. You've probably decide that it is too late. Do not let this feeling deceived.
You still have plenty of time to write a book, climb a mountain, go on a trip or do other things you've always wanted. A bit sad to realize that you are surrounded by a young and ambitious people. However, if you really want to avoid the crisis, we must accept the fact that age - not a hindrance to your desires.
2. Realize new priorities
Life orientation change with time, and that's fine. Do not be afraid to let go of dreams and desires, which no longer make sense. If you start to think about saving money instead of buying an expensive car, it does not mean that you are changing yourself and your beliefs. It is very important to change the values in the transition to a new stage of life.
3. Stop waiting for the right moment
It's time to do something. This does not mean that you need to go to extremes and throw tricks, keeping savings in a casino. Decide what you want, make a plan and follow it. Waiting leads to feelings of inadequacy and constant anxiety.
Achieve your goals and take everything from life, but approach the matter responsibly. Do not hesitate to seek advice from friends or relatives, so that they look the part and helped to make the right choice.
4. Do not regret the past
We're all sorry about something. It is impossible to live a life without this feeling. But it needs to be overcome. Take steps that can help: apologize to the people who have been hurt, or to yourself for unfulfilled promises and then just forget about the past. You do not become a bad person because of the fact that moving forward.
5. Make friends
If it turned out that you do not have close-knit friends, now is the time of its make. During midlife crisis it is important that those to whom you can turn to for advice. Friends will serve as a reliable support and rescue from loneliness.
6. Keep yourself in shape
Sport is important at all stages of life. It not only strengthens the body but also the spirit. Regular exercise keeps your mind in good shape and help to cope with stress. In addition, in the gym, you can always make interesting acquaintances, or even to find friends.
