How to survive a big event, if you are an introvert

The difference between extroverts and introverts is that the first to communicate with the people charged with energy, and the second it loses. The event with a lot of people can knock introvert out of the rut. If you have a problem, here are some tips to help you overcome it.
1. Participate only in meaningful conversations with new people
At large events, such as conferences, hundreds of people present. And after a few handshakes, you can feel exhausted. But if you do not want to stay away, you have to communicate with other attendees of the event.
Was not asked to meet with the largest possible number of people. It is better to maintain a meaningful conversation with a few people to talk with everyone, but about anything. It will bring you much more value.
2. When you feel uncomfortable, stay for another 30 minutes

3. Arrange a rest for 30-60 minutes
If the event lasts a whole day or even a few days, then you will surely get tired from hours of being in a crowd of people. Find the schedule of time when you can relax and gather strength. Take a walk, drink coffee or go home and take a refreshing shower.
4. Talk to someone alone
If you are lost during a conversation with a lot of people simply do not participate in them, if the event allows it. Find someone with whom you might be interested in and have a good time, and maintain a dialogue with him. In addition, since you will be more likely to know the other person better.
5. Take part in activities that are of interest to you
If the subject of the event matches your interests, to withstand it will be much easier. You will be able to learn something new and to gather valuable information that will come in handy in the future. Listening to entertaining lectures and participating in useful workshops, you will not notice how time flies.
