4 things to do before going to bed

1. Scroll in the head the previous day

2. Plan the next day

3. Prepare everything for tomorrow

In 2011, the hotel chain Travelodge conducted a study that determined the time for choice of clothes for men and women in the morning. Oddly enough, it was found that men choose outfit for 3 minutes longer than women who spend this ritual about 10 minutes.
You can release these 10-15 minutes in the morning, to think her outfit for the next day before going to bed. Just decide what tomorrow will go to work, think, not whether this thing is ready to wash and whether all the accessories to it. 4. Lunch for tomorrow
