What to do if you do not turn on the phone

1. Perform a forced restart of the device
Perhaps your phone is turned on, but it just depends. In this case, the screen may be dark and not respond to any action. Therefore, first try resetting device using hardware keys.
How to forcibly restart iPhone
On iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus and older models, hold down the "Home" with the top (or side) button for 10 or more seconds until the Apple logo.
On the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, hold the side button with the volume down button for 10 seconds or more until you see the Apple logo.
On the iPhone or iPhone 8 8 Plus hold briefly first increase key, and then decrease the volume. Then press the side button and hold it until you see the Apple logo.
How to forcibly reboot the smartphone on Android
Simultaneously press the power button and the Volume Down key and hold for 10-15 seconds. If successful, the device will restart automatically and displays the menu screen in which you will need to select the restart command.
Some Android-smartphone can be reloaded by using the other buttons. If the unit does not respond, look in the Network key combination to restart it to your model.
2. Remove the battery and insert it back
If your phone has a removable battery, remove the cover and remove the battery from the device. Wait at least 30 seconds and replace batteries. Then try to switch on the phone in the usual way - by using the power button.
3. Put the phone on charge
Connect your phone to a power outlet using the original charger. If an hour is displayed and charging indicator, you can not turn on the machine, check the integrity and purity of the connector, as well as the state of the power cord and adapter. If possible, try another outlet, replace the cable and (or) Adapter.
4. Reset the device to factory settings
If after attempting to activate the screen lights up, but the device does not boot properly, try to restore the factory settings using the hardware buttons.
When resetting the system, you can lose the personal data that have not been synchronized with the server. Do not do it, if you are afraid to erase important information.
How to revert to the original settings on the iPhone
Connect your phone to a computer with a cable, and start iTunes. Then perform a forced restart iPhone (see. paragraph 1). When you see the Apple logo, continue to hold the button down until the display shows the recovery mode smartphone.
After that, the computer monitor should display a window with further instructions. Click "Update" and follow the system prompts.
iTunes will download the necessary software for your phone. If this process takes longer than 15 minutes, the iPhone can get out of recovery mode. In this case, hold down again forced reset button and hold it until the machine does not return to this mode.
If the upgrade work, the phone can start without resetting the system. If not, then in the iTunes window, click "Restore" to restore the factory settings.
How to revert to the default settings on Android-smartphone
Make sure that the smartphone is turned off, and try the following combinations to reset:
- volume up key + power button;
- Volume Down key + power button;
- Volume Down key + volume up key + power button;
- Volume down key + power button + key "Home".
You need to hold down all keys simultaneously and hold them for about 10-15 seconds. After this, the screen will display a special menu in which to select the item of Recovery, and then - click Wipe data / factory reset. If Recovery Mode will not see this command, hold down the power button for a moment, press the volume up key.
After these steps, the smartphone must return to the original setting for a few minutes. If none of the key combinations do not work or you can not find the command in the service menu, look for instructions on resetting your device model.
If none of these recommendations will help turn the unit on, try to return it under warranty, or take it to a service center.
