The examples that he cites, once again proves that people really do not need anyone's permission to create something truly significant, even if they are only 11 years old!

Arduino - is a small, intuitive to use and available microcontroller. Completely open architecture of the system allows you to copy or supplement the product range. It can be used to create a stand-alone automation objects, and connect to the software on your computer via standard wired and wireless interfaces.

Despite this abstruse explanation above, even 11-year-olds can work with this microcontroller.
