Affordable underwater robot for amateur oceanographers

David Lang and his friend decided to create its own budget PTA. But the knowledge they have had enough, so they have created a special website openrov.com, Which laid out his ideas. Later they were joined by the professional oceanographers. As a result, the project was created, which brought together the necessary sum on Kickstarter to launch the production of machines for a few hours. So there was a PTA which gave the opportunity to many fans of the ocean engage in their favorite hobby.
