What can replace the bread: the recipe home low-carb loaves

When trying to limit carbohydrate intake to the fore the question of how to replace the bread and wheat bread. The answer is in front of you. These air breads do not contain and gram flour, but at the same time have a texture similar to bread crumbs and prepared in minutes.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs;
- 45 g of cream cheese;
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar;
- salt;
- 2-3 tablespoons minced green onions.
Prepare a couple of baking sheets, cover each of them oiled parchment. Put the oven to heat up to 150 degrees.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites and mix them with cream cheese and chopped onions. You can buy a ready-made cream cheese or cook it yourself on this recipe.
Maximize homogeneity of the mixture and continue to the egg proteins.
It provides air loaves proteins, but because of their whipping should be given maximum attention.
In an enamel or stainless bowl, combine proteins with vinegar and pinch of salt.
Whisk proteins to solid peaks. Ready protein mass to be good to keep the shape and does not flow out of the dishes rollover.
Start adding the whipped egg whites to yolks in portions, stirring gently all silicone shovel upwards like wrapping proteins. Thus you save a maximum amount of air mixture.
Put a portion (approximately tablespoon) of the resulting mass on parchment, leaving a distance of 4-5 cm between them.
In a preheated oven activate convection mode and place the baking trays. Bake bread about 20-25 minutes, do not forget to change the baking places in the middle of preparing for that all bread browned evenly.
Ready bread should be removed from the parchment only after complete cooling. As the cooling they will gradually transform from a small meringues in lush pancakes.
Store bread can be any airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
