Potatoes with green onions and garlic
Ingredients (2 servings):

- 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions.
Preparation. This is one of the most simple and yet very tasty recipe. Bake the potatoes until crisp gorochki, cut it into small pieces, add salt and pepper to taste, and stir well. In a separate bowl mix chopped green onions, garlic and vegetable oil.
Add this mixture to the potatoes, mixed well and serve.
potatoes with salted fish
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2.1 kg of potatoes;
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions;
- 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 200 g salt small fish (sardines, sprat, anchovy, etc.);
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation. Initially, the recipe was with anchovies, but we decided to adapt it a bit and it turned out pretty tasty.
So, baked or boiled potatoes. While he was preparing, purifying salt fish (in this version was spicy salted sprats) and cut it into small pieces. In a separate small bowl, mix chopped fish, vegetable oil and green onions. Add the mixture into the prepared potatoes and everything well mixed. Try on salt and only then add a little if you want (if you add salt before adding fish, you can overdo).
Potatoes with lemon zest
Ingredients (for 8 batches)
- 1 1/3 kg of potatoes;
- 1/4 cup olive or other vegetable oils;
- 2 teaspoons lemon rind;
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation. Boiled or baked potatoes, cut it into small pieces, add salt and pepper to taste. Add vegetable oil, and again all is well stirred. At the end of sprinkle lemon peel and applying hot.
Potatoes with smoked bacon and herbs
Ingredients (for 8 batches)
- 1 1/3 kg of potatoes;
- 200 g of bacon or bacon;
- 2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill.

- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1/2 cup green peas.
Preparation. Boil the potatoes, add salt and pepper to taste it. Separately, chop the onion and parsley and mix in a bowl. The recipe is taken fresh green peas, but in our case it will be frozen green peas, which is boiled in salted boiling water for just a few minutes.
Ready to send pea green onions and parsley, add to vegetable oil and then all mixed. To this mixture are sending the finished potatoes and try. If there is no salt and pepper, add to the taste.
If you like mashed potatoes, then first mnote boiled potatoes with herbs, onions and vegetable oil, and only then add the peas.
Mashed potatoes in melted milk
It is difficult to specify the exact amount of ingredients, because it all depends on potato variety and quantity, so here are given more general data. Mashed it turns very, very tasty!
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2.1 kg of potatoes;
- 50 g butter;
- 1 / 3-1 / 2 cup of warm milk;
- 2-3 leaf leafs;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- 3-4 pea allspice;
- salt to taste.
Preparation. Folding bay leaves, garlic cloves and allspice in the gauze bag and simmer with potatoes. When it is ready, add salt to taste, and pulls out a bag of spices.
In the finished potato add butter and mnote until uniform. Then add the melted milk (preferably not all at once) and stir again all is well. Look at the thickness and, if there is no milk, add a little more.
