Once upon a time, when the Nutella cream just appeared on the shelves of our stores and the incredible cost of money for people living in the former Soviet Union in the post-Soviet wages, we have tried to do it independently. The ratio of the ingredients was taken, of course, to the eye, but the result was unexpectedly delicious.
The recipe that I want to share with you today are very similar to the one in which we were preparing this cream for many years. The only difference is in the choice of nuts. Prepared quickly, easily and, most importantly, you are responsible for the quality of products.
Of course, the cream is not that an exact copy of a magazine, but that it does not become less tasty!
Ingredients
- 1 cup peeled and toasted hazelnuts,
- 1/4 cup cocoa,
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar,
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil,
- a pinch of salt,
- vanillin.
preparation
If the nuts are raw, fry them and clean from the husk. Then you grind them in a blender until a paste. Then add to the rest of the ingredients and whip up until the mixture is smooth.
Recipe taken coconut oil, but I'm not sure it's so easy to find in our stores. Therefore, if you do not come across this, select the most neutral in taste and smell of oil.
To be honest, I prefer a creamy version of the cream, so to all the listed ingredients you can add a little melted butter (50 g), and quite a bit of cream 10% -15% fat.
