Recipe: Mini pizza with zucchini

Today in Instagram I came across the photo mini-pizza with zucchini, and I immediately decided to test this option. As a result, the preparation took a little less than 20 minutes, and zucchini pizza was very tasty! So I share with you the basic version, which can be prepared any person who knows how to hold a knife and the oven is switched on;)
Ingredients: 1/2 zucchini, fresh / dry basil mixture or Italian herb, fresh tomato 2, 2 cloves of garlic, 50 g of the Cheddar cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation. The number of ingredients I pointed out on the basis of what happened with me, but it all depends on the size of vegetables. Even if you take too much tomato, then they can be eaten as a ripe, fragrant and sweet tomatoes excellent care without any additional ingredients.
So, wash and dry the tomatoes, basil and zucchini. Slice zucchini into slices 5-8 mm thick, daubed olive oil, a little salt to and pepper and send it in the oven or grill literally 5-7 minutes until almost ready.
While baked zucchini, chopped finely tomatoes and basil, mix them, add a little salt and pepper, squeeze the garlic and add just 1 tablespoon of olive oil. All is well again stirred. Then individually rubbed cheese.
Took out almost ready zucchini, turn the circles other side up, on top of trying to post the tomato mixture and cover it with grated cheese. Then send back to the oven for 5 minutes, literally, that is, until the moment that melted cheese. At first I thought to mix the grated cheese with the tomato mixture to make it easier to spread on the zucchini, but decided not to risk it and try this option the next time.
If you think cheese is not very useful, you can replace it with cheese. Only in this case it is not necessary to put on top of the tomatoes and use as a base, put the filling on top.
The filling may also be different, as in principle and foundation. Basis - zucchini, eggplant, zucchini. Stuffing - tomatoes with basil, olives and cheese, mushrooms and cheese, sweet peppers, tomatoes and other tasty combinations.
