Breakfast ideas: protein pancakes

Pancakes can also be a hearty and rich breakfast protein by replacing one part flour nut flour, and the second - protein powder. These fritters, though inferior to their counterparts in the softness of carbohydrate, but perfect for those days of the diet, when you want to eat sweet. Oh, and they are prepared in the microwave in just one minute.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut (or any nut) flour;
- 1 egg;
- 1 egg protein;
- ½ cup low-fat sour cream;
- ½ cup of protein powder;
- 2 teaspoons vinegar;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- bitter chocolate - on request.
Egg whisk and protein along with low-fat sour cream and vinegar until uniform.
Separately, mix the dry ingredients: peanut flour, baking powder and protein. If desired, dry basis, may also be added the chocolate crumb or any dried (about ¼ cup).
It now remains to combine both mixtures.
The consistency of the dough will be thick enough.
Grease a dish suitable for microwave drop any vegetable oil and spread on it for about a quarter cup of dough, aligning it to a thickness of a centimeter and a half. Send your dish in the microwave at maximum power for 1-1,5 minutes until the tip is not fully grasp.
Finished pancakes can be served with sour cream, yogurt, honey or watering agave syrup, cocoa or sprinkled crumb chocolate.
