Breakfast ideas: baked enchilada

Ingredients
For the enchiladas:

For the sauce:
- 720 ml of milk;
- 35 g flour;
- 180 g hard cheese;
- 20 g of butter.
preparation
The sauce is prepared on the manner of conventional bechamel, so there are no specific instructions on the need to respect: it is necessary quickly fry the flour in the melted butter, dissolve all the milk, and then pour the thickened and season cheese.
As for the filling for enchiladas, it is also extremely simple. First fry chopped onion, together with bell pepper until soft. Then add the garlic and minced chicken.
When the stuffing comes to availability and season it with salt and smoked paprika, and then mix with cream sauce ⅔.
If you do not cook breakfast in the output, the stuffing and sauce you can prepare more in the evening and in the morning will be just a quick roll it into cakes.
Put the prepared filling on one of the edges of wheat cakes. Roll the tube.
Put the resulting tubes into a greased baking dish, pour the remnants of sauce and put some hot peppers jalapenos, if you want to make the dish more sharply.
