How do I prevent Chrome disable sync profile, when you sign out of Gmail and YouTube

You may have noticed that 69th version of Chrome works with the Google account slightly different than before. If you exit Gmail, YouTube, or more of a service company, the browser will no longer synchronize your entire account. New data like bookmarks and passwords will not be stored as long as you do not enter again manually login.
It should be noted immediately that this is not the Chrome bug: the developers confirmed that intends to make the browser such change. Fortunately, while there is still the possibility of roll back.
- Enter in the address bar chrome: // flags / # account-consistency and press Enter.
- Switch the selected item from the Default to Disabled.
- Click on the blue button Relaunch Now in the bottom right corner.
Done! Now you can leave the individual services without fear that Chrome will stop syncing to your account.
