How do I disable sound on websites and separate tabs Chrome

Once and for all turn off the sound on the sites that are automatically played annoying videos.
When at the entrance to a particular site in a video with sound, it is very annoying, distracting and takes away precious time. Chrome users can now once and forever mute on such resources.
Updated. The flag 71 Chrome # Enable-tab-audio-muting Removed developers. Default is now available "off the sound on the site." To use the same functionality in the browser settings, turn off the flag chrome: // flags / # sound-content-settingAnd contextual tabs menu item will turn into a "Mute tab."
Earlier in the browser you can turn off the sound on each tab, but after its closure have to travel all over. With the release of Chrome 64 to turn off the sound on the site just once, and longer life you will not be disturbed. Here's what you need to do.
- Open the site you want.
- Right-click on the tab and click "Turn off the sound on the site."
- To return the sound to life back again, click on the tab and click "Enable sound on the site."
The innovation has come to replace the mute function on a separate tab. If you want to return it, do the following.
- Enter in the address bar chrome: // flags and press Enter.
- In the search box, type # Enable-tab-audio-muting.
- Activate Tab audio muting UI control, then selecting Enabled.
- In the lower right corner of the screen, click "Restart" to apply the changes.
Now you can click on the speaker icon on the tab to temporarily turn off the sound on it.
