Contextual App Folder - always the latest set of applications on your smartphone desktop
Android / / December 19, 2019
At first glance, the app simply adds another folder on the desktop of your smartphone. But in fact it is not a simple folder, and smart!
Usually we use a folder on the desktop for organizing application icons. As one put all the game, the other - the application for communication, in the third - the program to work on the web and so on. But the application folder Contextual App Folder works quite differently.
The fact that the contents of this folder depends on the context, that is, varies depending on the circumstances. You can make sure that when you connect headphones display one set of applications, and when connected, for example, to a specific Wi-Fi network is completely different. This means that you do not need to keep all the shortcuts on your desktop. You will always have at your fingertips everything you need at the moment.
In the settings you can activate different triggers and tie them to the appropriate application set. The Contextual App Folder currently allows you to change the contents of a folder when one of the following conditions:
- enable / disable the headphone;
- change of location;
- connect or disconnect from Wi-Fi;
- state of Bluetooth;
- charging;
- incoming call,
- time;
- tasker;
- the appearance of the notification from the specific application.
In order to add "smart" folder, you will need to find the widgets among member identified by the abbreviation C.A.F., and drag it to the desktop. Its appearance can be set in the application settings so that it is not too different from normal folders on your desktop.
Currently, the application is in the testing phase and is distributed for free. The program works on devices running Android 5.0 and above.
