Now Playing Beta - Player for Android in the Google Now style
Android / / December 19, 2019
Google Play Store app store is absolutely no shortage of disparate players. Available to the user free and paid variations that implement almost all possible styles and design principles. Today we tell you about an interesting project that we found on the XDA open spaces.
First of all, this player with the unpretentious title Now Playing stands out for its appearance. Designer drew inspiration from the recently launched Google Now service, to unify the player's menu items with tiled design assistant.
In general, the player features a pretty standard, but there are a couple of sweet moments. With the swipe left and right to switch on the various options for presenting your library into categories: artists, albums, genres, custom playlists and so on. In addition, it has the option to return to recently heard the song. Simply put - log listen to songs.
Navigation is also carried out in the usual style: go to the group - we get to the sections of albums and tracks. We go to the genre - we get to the list of groups, albums and tracks. All consistently and fairly intuitive.
Play / Pause button and switch accessible from any point of application and at the tapas on the name of the current track on the left of the navigation buttons to open the personal composition of the interface. Swipe left returns the user to the list of tracks, and swipe to the left will display the lyrics.
App yet is under public testing, and not without bugs (some of the functions do not yet implemented, although for them the appropriate menu items already have). However, now there is a fairly comfortable with separate EQ sliders to control low-frequency intensity and 3D-effect and, in general application leaves only positive impressions.
Good luck to the author of the project in the development and refinement.
