HERE from Nokia - one of the best offline navigation is now on Android

Not so long ago was the exclusive HERE Maps for Windows Phone platform. But then Nokia announced the merger and the sale of mobile units giant Microsoft, with smartphones lost company logo, not so long ago, she said about the imminent release of a convenient and high-quality offline navigation app for iOS. Nevertheless, Android-version was faster and already today can please the owners of gadgets on this platform.
If you have used Nokia phones a few years ago, you might remember Nokia Maps - great mapping service, which back then was one of the best. Soon, it was renamed and split into HERE Maps and HERE DriveWhich have long been exclusive to the Windows Phone platform and one of the reasons to use it.
Android-version cards all as good as the original version for Nokia smartphones. Turn-based navigation with voice is available even offline. Data about your route and time of arrival can be shared via e-mail or message. Accurate and detailed maps of c 3D-models, features traffic monitoring and relevant data about the public transport available in more than 100 countries, including Ukraine and Russia.
Way, Android-app HERE received support GlympseBy which to report their location and time of arrival more convenient. All you need to do - hold your finger on the right spot on the map, click Share, select the recipient and specify the time after which you will be in place. You can also add a message if desired. After clicking Send, all recipients will be able to monitor your movement along the route, with details that you specified, and the time of arrival. If you are planning a trip, you can save in advance you are interested in places and sights - when the hand is not the Internet, HERE will be most welcome.
HERE is available now for free on Google Play. As for iOS, the owners of the Apple technology will be able to test navigation in action as early as next year.
