All of them provide a holistic approach to maintaining fitness, but sometimes lacks a simple tool, devoid of a number of unnecessary features.
It is such a tool is WeightFit application. It does not require a registration and account. In it there is no counter steps and calories. Only the weight that you will make for yourself when you need it.
To get started just enter your age, height and desired weight. After insertion weighing you will be lining up in a graph indicating the average weight, the target and the actual. Button in the upper right corner of the tab you can view the measurement fluctuations over the past two weeks, one month, three months, six months and one year.
On the statistics tab, you can assess the dynamics of the last seven and 30 days. There is also automatically calculated body mass index (BMI), your progress is recorded and projected the number of days until the desired weight.
The third tab contains the history of all recordings. If necessary, you can change or delete them.
In the settings you can set a reminder for your daily weight measurements. With a frequency line in the graph will be smoother, allowing early identification unwanted weight gain or its reduction.
