How to get out of your Google Account on Android

Deny access

If you want to log out, keeping an account in the phone, you'll need Google site. Open it up, log in under the account that is used on your phone and go to "My Account".

In the menu "Security and input" select "Actions on devices and safety of your account." Click "View connected devices."

Select the device on which you want to sign out. Click "Close access" and confirm ban.

After the ban warning will appear on the device that you are out of your Google Account. To log in again, you must enter your password.

You can sign out remotely. The main thing is that the device is connected to the Internet. If you want the other person is not able to log on to the old password, change it through the same section of "My Account". In the menu "Security and input" select "login" and click on "Password".

Enter your old password, create and validate a new security key. Now no one can come into your account without your knowledge.

Account deleting

If you want to remove any mention of the account settings of the phone, remove the account. Open Settings and go to "Account". Select your Google account from which you want to get rid of.

Make sure that the synchronization of important data on. This will keep information on Google's servers so you can access it from another device. Call the additional menu and click "Delete account".

Account will be removed from the phone, but will remain available on other devices where you are logged in under it. For its complete removal is necessary perform other actions.

Reset

If you exit the Google Account you need to sell your phone or tablet, then, for complete cleaning of the device of their personal data, use the factory reset. It can perform the standard Android means.

Open Settings and go to "Backup & reset". Select "Reset". See what data will be erased, and confirm the operation.

Information will only be erased from the internal memory. If you synchronize your data, they will still be available to other devices on which you are authorized by your Google Account.
