WinDjView - a program for reading DjVu

DjVu (From the French. déjà vu "Deja vu") - image compression technology with a loss, specifically designed for the storage of scanned documents - books, magazines, manuscripts and so forth., wherein the abundance of formulas, charts, drawings, handwritten characters makes it extremely time consuming their full recognition. It is also an effective solution if you need to transfer all the nuances of the design, such as historical documents, which is important not only the content but also the color and texture of the paper; defects parchment cracks, traces of folding; patches, blots, finger prints; traces left by other objects.
