It makes my job so much that without it myself, I can imagine only with difficulty. But the usefulness of this is particularly noticeable in the corporate environment, of course. This explains the fact that in Outlook I keep so many diverse information.

I began with small doses, but then, as usual, was addicted. Because contacts are gradually turning into a kind of dossier. The only drawback of this approach today, I see the expansion of the volume of information with which is not always handle mobile clients. But, you just have to find a good customer.
