Tricks of the big Office-a. Reuse!

By virtue of their tasks, I very much time I spend to Outlook, it is because, as you've noticed, I try to hold it as much as possible the desired me not to lose time to replace context. However, Kozma said at the time - "it is impossible to grasp the immensity," and he was right. There are problems associated with communications, for which I still use other programs of MS Office.
The program that I often use as an adjunct to Outlook in their work with contacts - OneNote. And I'll explain why: the tight integration with the Outlook + pleasant and convenient templates + no need to somehow take care to preserve.
Templates - it's wonderful. And even if you did not know about it, you can create templates and Outlook. Just for my tasks they are not pretty, and draw their own form... uh, not that I did not think about it, just not enough thought. Also, make it as beautiful as in the OneNote I can not, I guess.
For what I use OneNote templates? Checklist for a different sort. For example, I have one-click to create a linked page in a meeting with the OneNote, and then create a sub-page checklist of the desired species. This may be a questionnaire for the candidate list of phrases and questions to "cold selling" standard "solos" for existing customers and so forth. I put jackdaws, and add comments. Subsequently, very easy to understand what I asked and what the answers received. As you can see in the picture above, you can copy the link to that particular page and use it anywhere - in particular - you can insert it in your Notes contact field, to be able to quickly open the checklist at needed.
Another piece of advice - change the name of a page before copying the link, it will be easier to understand its meaning then, and search through Windows Desktop Search or Google Desktop Search is also easier.
