To achieve the result, set the rules, instead of objectives

Goals - is too cruel for us. Unfortunately we are so constituted that rarely reach goals. Normally the picture is the same, and very sadly, we enthusiastically begin to move, but a week later disappointed not to see clear progress, and throws undertaking.

6. Objective: To achieve greater awareness. Rule of thumb: every day I get up, go to the bathroom, then drink a glass of water and meditate 5 minutes.
None of these rules can not uniquely lead you to the goal, but each of them will bring you closer to it.
How to comply with the rules
Rules are fine in theory, but very difficult in practice feasible. Here are a few tips on how to learn to abide by the rules.
