1. "Why did I succeed"
Take a sheet of paper and write on top:
"Why did I succeed as a ___________."
And now completely focus on the present. Let go of the past, not plagued by thoughts of the future. Think only of their talents, abilities and about their experiences.
Next, write down all the reasons why you will be able to succeed in a particular area. Slowly and intelligently read the list aloud. Admit to yourself these words, feel them.
Read the list every day, until you believe each of the written word.
2. Affirmations for success
affirmation - a phrase which, if repeated can change the subconscious mind and spirit of man. In other words, it is a powerful self-hypnosis. Be sure to formulate sentences in the present tense and avoid any negative comments.
Keep a special notebook and write down every day and repeat the affirmations.
- I am willing to accept and express their desires.
- I'm ready for the next step.
- I listen to him and opened his current aspirations.
- I have the right to be in the spotlight, to live from the heart, and put yourself in the first place.
- I have the right to follow their desires, to express feelings and to show themselves present.
- I have the right to be strong and smart.
- I am entitled to receive a lot of money to work with inspiring people and deny those who do not like.
- I have the right to show others their wants and needs.
- I have the right to be themselves and live the way I want.
3. Setting goals
Every day, write down one or more jobs that you need to perform the next day. Close your eyes and imagine how easily and successfully you achieve set goals.
These tasks should not be standardized. The goal - to bring yourself out of your comfort zone, because outside it is acquired self-confidence. Over time, you will notice that what you do not dare to do once, is now given to you easily. You will find that you are now very much on the shoulder.
