- I know.
- What we are going to do?
- Enjoy the moment.

In order to increase their productivity and the level of satisfaction with their lives, improve their financial and social status, often using a method such as drawing up lists of tasks that require performance. However, why not organize a similar list, but from actions that prevent you to make a difference?! And literally every day.
A bit of fun, of course, but, believe me, it's an incredibly useful tool for keeping track of bad habits that hinder your productivity. At least 7 things you should stop doing it every day if you want positive changes in his life's journey.
1. To live someone else's life
Dr. House will somehow will live without you. A "Interns" will not notice your absence if suddenly you stop to watch them. Even the private life of politicians and stars of show business does not mean anything compared to your own life.
What really matters is your significant other, friends, children, brothers and sisters, relatives, business partners, employees and customers. Give them enough time and attention. They deserve it.
At a meeting with strangers, be polite; but do not try to become best friends with everybody. Savor dialogue and to remain focused on important to you people - those who make your life brighter and more saturated.
2. Think of the future instead of living in the present
What is happening here and now it will never happen again. Cherish the time, because it is your life. Work hard at something, but do not forget to enjoy the pleasure of traveling. What is important is the experience of each of your steps. Do not fall into the vicious circle of false productivity: When you scroll in a head thought about everything that you want, instead, to make them "here and now".
Sometimes it is very difficult to assess the importance of proceeding in the present moment, until it becomes a part of your memories. But in the end you will realize that the tiny moments of life of the present is much more valuable than those of which you dream. So learn to appreciate what you have now before time will make you appreciate what you had once.
3. Respite solutions
Sometimes doing anything it takes much less time and effort than making the decision to do so.
A life pain full of difficult decisions. In life a lot of forks in the road, all the trails that look the same enticing. And the most important is not which path you choose, but the fact of choosing this path.
Decision-making It can be very painful. Lack of confidence in the choice of this or that way - painfully. But more depressing is the refusal to accept any decision. But if you do not choose their way on their own, then you'll never know where she will lead you. So the next time you come across two (or more) equally attractive options, do not be those who adhere to the third variant - not to choose.
4. To say "yes" when you have to say "no"
Do not take on an impossible burden. "Yes," it opens up a wonderful way, but to be able to say "no" - is also important. your life time is limited. Do you really want to give up so easy?
If you do not have time to participate in a new project, do someone a favor or perform sudden request - it's time say "no". Refuse a friend, relative, customer - it's hard. But it is not so difficult, than take on the impossible and do not leave time for yourself.
The problem is not in an effort to be successful in this life, but in self-restraint on the way to success. Even if you have all the knowledge and ability to get the highest rank ever you get to the point where high productivity at the same time on all fronts will bite you and cause a general decline activity. So, say "no" when you need it.
5. Buy what you do not need
Proper disposal of your finances is one of the most useful life skills, having mastered that, you can create a comfortable, happy future. Yet this skill we often use very unwise. Consumer society in which we live, in every way trying to make us think that happiness lies in having regular and acquiring new things. It is not interested in us instilling the idea that happiness can not be bought and can not find things.
When suddenly out of nowhere you have a desire to make a new purchase, ask yourself: "What I'm going to buy, really better than what I already have? I really need it? Or I simply urge to be dissatisfied with what I have now? "
They say the best things in the world are free. So, believe these words! Friendship, laughter, pranks pets, baby smile, romantic, breathtaking moments - these and many other precious lives are absolutely free. Money gives comfort, and there is nothing wrong with loving comfort. But it is important to spend money on things that are of value to you. Messy draining money on all the small stuff does not bring into your life is of no value. Spend money on what mustBut always remember that what you are buying. Otherwise, the financial expenditure will turn into a bad habit.
6. To gossip
Gossip - is evil. If you want to know something about someone, ask! → Avoid guesswork of them are born gossip.
Why not talk to someone directly about what you care about, instead of whispering to someone in the corners and discuss unverified information?
Try less judgmental of others, treat them more loyal and does not succumb to the temptation to gossip about others and portray them in a dark light. Be careful with your statements. Speak honestly and try to avoid gossip about others.
7. Fill every spare moment some activity
Inaction is necessary. Even the highest human performance is only possible if there are periods of rest. The human body is so constituted - works short pulses- and therefore requires regular rest and recovery, both physical and moral. Ideal productive day looks like this: Activity, a short rest, activity, a short rest, and so on.
Every day, find time for rest, reflection and recovery. Do not be fooled: no matter how you have been busy, there is no such that you can not afford a few minutes of calm. According to a couple of times a day at least - after being awakened, and before bedtime - disconnect from the stress and bustle. Just a few minutes breathe deeply and enjoy the moment.
