6 ways to improve your self-esteem

1. Remember how you learned something new in the past
When you learn something new, you're constantly nervous, you do not have a feeling of self-doubt. It seemed that you just are not able to master something new. Did you have stress. But step by step, all turned out, and now you remember with a smile how it all began.
Now, when you start to learn something or try to do something for the first time, think about the past. Remember that anxiety and stress are normal when learning a new.
2. Make that long-delayed
For example, call or write to friends, put in the house or in the garden (if you have one), go auto repair, tidy documents, prepare tasty and healthy food. Do everything that you can involve in the decision-making process. Performing tasks that you set aside for a long time, helps to be proud of themselves, and, of course, increases self-esteem.
3. Engage in what you are good
It could be anything. Swimming, running, dancing, cooking, drawing, writing and so on. If possible, do some fact that is able to hold your attention and allows to get into the "flow" when you forget everything else. You will feel more competent, you will feel that you can move mountains. These classes - a great antidote to low self-esteem.
Engage favorite things at least once a week. People who are regularly in the "flow" look happier and healthier.
4. How to relax
If you have a breakdown, you feel crushed, you do not have enough confidence, the first thing to do - relax. Everyone has their own way to relax. 5. Think of what you have achieved

6. Do not forget that you could be wrong
