There are many things that we really want to do, but something always interferes: not enough determination, motivation, willpower, or something else. This article is dedicated to all those who at least once had planned to start a new life on Monday, but for some reason could not.

Why so? What happens to us? There are several main reasons.

We think that one day you can move mountains. Energy hits over the edge, enthusiasm knows no bounds, the plans did not seem complicated. To devote their energies to perform important tasks, you need to be able to overcome laziness and ignore distractions. This will require a strong motivation and willpower, which sometimes leads many of us.
4. Environment
Outside largely influences whether we can achieve our goals. For example, we know that we are part of the team. We are faced with a clear task, and if we do not fulfill it, then sum up the very many people who are counting on us. In this case, the likelihood that we will carry out the task on time, has grown significantly, because more responsibility rests with us.

Responsibility, environment, people who work with us in tandem, - these are the important components, which often affect the performance.
