This book is universal - it is like for people of all professions, which are primarily used intelligence. The book consists of 5 parts, and you can easily choose the most useful of them. Although I advise you to read the entire book.
Part 1 you will get acquainted with three key ideas of the book: to set goals, clearly defining their priority, focus on outcomes, and not waste your time on trifles.
Part 2 It will help you streamline the short-term priorities. You will learn about the principles of the organization of daily activities, time management on business trips and effective meetings.
part 3 It will show how to develop three skills that are important for professional success: reading comprehension, effective written communication and public speaking.
Part 4 It describes how to successfully overcome all the organizational barriers to personal effectiveness. You will learn to communicate with staff through delegation of authority and to get along with management.
part 5 It will help you lay the foundation for long-term decisions about your career. You will increase the chances of success in a rapidly changing world and achieve a balance between work and personal life.
The author focuses on outcomes rather than on hours worked. Only they can move you up the career ladder, and the only way to succeed. All books are not new ideas, but sets out in simple terms and perfectly structured.
After reading this book, you will be able to prioritize in all his ways and to concentrate only on the most important and the rest do not delegate or perform. Work with e-mail, meetings, effective reading, travel - all of these questions have answers in the book.
