Recipe № 1. Pancakes with chicken and cheese
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of chicken breast;
- 1 tablespoon of sour cream;
- 50 g of cheese;
- ½ medium onion;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- butter for frying.

Breast boil in salted water, cool and cut into (or mince). Mince the onion and fry in butter until transparent.
Stir in chicken and onion, add the crushed garlic, sour cream. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Salt and pepper, mix thoroughly. Starting pancakes and fry them slightly in butter.
Recipe № 2. Pancakes with berries and curd cheese
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raspberry;
- 1 cup blueberries;
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- ¼ cup sugar;
- 200 g of the cheese curd;
- powdered sugar.
preparation
Mix berries in a saucepan and place over medium heat. Add sugar and lemon juice. Berry bring the mixture to the boil, then remove from heat and cool.
The cream cheese can add a little powdered sugar. Lubricate one side of each pancake and top with berries.

Recipe № 3. Pancakes with chocolate paste and strawberries
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of chocolate and peanut butter;
- 10 fresh strawberries;
- powdered sugar.

Ingredients:
