10 Instagram-profiles with the training programs

In Instagram, you can find a lot of useful information, including a complete exercise program. These 10 profiles will be an inexhaustible source of ideas and help to diversify your exercise.
We already wrote about Cumulative profile Instagram for those who love sports. In this collection we have collected profiles of athletes and fitness trainers, publishing a variety of training plans: with their own body weight, free weights and exercise machines.
These profiles are not dismantled exercise technique and often do not indicate how many sets and reps you need to perform and how to pick up a dumbbell weight, medbolov and other equipment.
Be guided by your instincts: if you are exercising with weights, the last one or two reps should be given to hard. If you do cardio, heart rate should not fall below 150-160 beats per minute.
