Jumping rope - this is one of the most simple and accessible exercises almost like running! And it helps to lose weight almost as fast! Besides getting rid of the extra kilos and good mood, jumping rope develop the cardiovascular and respiratory system, strengthen the muscles of the legs, buttocks, abs and back.
In order to properly adjust the length of the rope, grab it by the handles, fold in half and pull the arm forward at chest level: the rope should touch the ground lightly.
